got 2 days mc.high grade fever(39c) associate with chill and rigor.cough for 1 week,diarrhea for 1 day,vomiting a few times for 1 day prior to admin and generalized headache.bp and pr are high.no atralgia,no myalgia and no rash.after 2 day if persist go to hptl and tke blood test.guest what???pray for me
