got 2 days mc.high grade fever(39c) associate with chill and rigor.cough for 1 week,diarrhea for 1 day,vomiting a few times for 1 day prior to admin and generalized headache.bp and pr are high.no atralgia,no myalgia and no rash.after 2 day if persist go to hptl and tke blood test.guest what???pray for me

high grad fever associated with chills and rigor for 3 days, nausea for 1day, coughing and sneezing for 1week, hemoptysis for 4days, headache with throbbing pain on and off. on auscultation, ronchi sound of the upper lobe of the lung. MC for1 day.
